You can set scoring options in two places: in custom links for each worksheet, and you can also do this for a workbook. For a worksheet, click on "Custom links", scroll down to the section Grading, and set your options there. For Workbooks, click on My Dashboard > My Workbooks, click on a workbook and edit it. On this section, scroll down to section labeled "Grading Options" and set your options for grading.
