Can you provide a link to the worksheet where you're having an issue? It's possible you have "download pdf" option selected and perhaps you can disable it if you don't want students to download.

... its now happening to me, I cannot write on my own workbook. I'm a little sad about it, I payed a subscription to have and offer a better service and I think I'm having more problems now , than when I was using it for free :(
I don't think I have selected anything related to PDF, since they have a subscription to a group and workbooks.
