Hello. If English/Spanish instructions are not helpful to you, nowadays it's easy to translate any webpage in your language using different tools, e.g., Google Translate extension, or just a right-click on the text/Translate.
If you want to watch instructional videos with subtitles in your preferred language which is Turkish in your case:
1) Choose "Watch on YouTube", e.g., https://youtu.be/DaqPSuBBgwE ;
2) Go to the video Settings;
3) Click Subtitles and turn "On" in English (auto-generated);
4) Choose Auto-translate>Turkish
