LOGGING IN IS A NIGHTMARE!
I cannot login with my old account information unless I use "forgot password" EVERY SINGLE TIME! I do not want to open a new account because I have stuff saved on my old account. It is very frustrating! HEEELLLLPPPPPP!!!!!

Whether you’re looking for quick answers from our articles or direct help from our support team, we’ve got you covered.
Hi @cBrice,
You should be able to log in with your old username. When logging in, make sure to enter your actual username in the username field, not your email address. You can find your username in your user profile.
If you need to update your password, you can do so after the first page that appears when you follow the reset link from your email. To trigger a password reset, visit: https://www.liveworksheets.com/user/password.

Greg, this is just for you to notice. You wrote, "You can find your username in your user profile". You may call me blind but I can't find it there. (Of course, I know mine and know how to find out other members' usernames).
If my username is CBrice, I have tried logging in with that and it does the same thing. Says username or password is not correct.
Yeap! I just tried it again and it is saying username or password not recognized. I had to use forgot password to get on to my account again.
I am certain I am using the correct password.
Hello, your username is not CBrice, it is TeachBrice (no matter whether any letters are capitalized or not).
Thank you!!! Let me try that.
THANK YOU!!!!!! TeachBrice worked. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
CBrice, I'm glad we could help you.: )
where can i find my user's name? I have looked everywhere on my profile. I remember mine, but lots of my students have this problem.
