How to see key answers in other people worksheets

Hi everybody
Maybe you can share the solution
How can I see the answers for worksheets which are not mine
sometimes I give homework to my students and they only write down their answers on a piece of paper and then we discuss them during the lesson
Without seeing the key answers which were in the old version under the "How was it made" option I have to do all the worksheets on my own and waste time before each lesson to be able to compare the answers with the students
how do you deal with that issue? I think I am not the only one

In order to see the correct answers, choose the option "Edit" for any worksheet you've added to a workbook.

Thank you Ruta
I found how to do it
to all of you who don't know how to do it- look at the instructions below
At the top right of the worksheet which is in your workbook, there is an icon with 3 lines - if you point the mouse at it you will see the options, and one of them is edit - clicking on it you have access to the key

When I click on the icon with the three lines, the edit option is not there.
Can anybody help?

You described the procedure how to see the correct answers in the worksheets in your workbooks. What about random worksheets that I don't have in my workbook? I like to check answers before I put somebody else's worksheet into my workbook or I assign individual worksheets. How can we check answers before assigning other contributor's worksheets?

I can't do it either, and I want to see the answers of any worksheet, not only the ones that are in the workbook. It makes me sad because I love this platform and I think that was a great tool. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, or we can get clearer instructions.

Sorry, we can't. "How was it made" function is gone... Possibly, because cleverer students also could use it for seeing answers and cheating.

Hi Jason, Yes, the option was back yesterday, I noticed that!:)
But it's not the same as it used to be. It was really useful at the very beginning when teachers just started learning the ropes (of course, there will be teachers-newcomers all the time who may use it again and again). With the New site, you got and, I guess, you'll keep getting old members' complaints because the "How was it made" feature was the easiest way to see the correct (or incorrect!) answers before/after giving the task to students. I know you know that.:) Just be ready that teachers will get mad about that when they are back from vacation!

Excuse me,could you help me,please, as I still do not see any correct answers even choosing "how was it made" option for any of the worksheets. What I see is either "textedfile" or "single". Correspondingly, when my students send their works to me, they will always have 0%, which, again, prolongs the time of checking HT considerably. What should I do?
Thank you in advance.)

@Pau4ilka, Still the only way for a teacher to see correct answers to worksheets is to add a worksheet to a workbook and choose the option "Edit". Honestly speaking, I don't understand why your students should always have 0%, and how it's connected to the "How was it made" button...

Yes, the idea behind removing the How It Was Made was partly due to what @Ruta said as students were able to see answers. We're currently revisiting how to bring this back feature back. Thanks for the feedback as always!
