I wonder if there is a ways to let my students play the worksheets by uploading their clips as the answers of my questions? can liveworksheets do it?

The only thing that might work for you is to include a box so that students can paste a link to their work on OneDrive/Dropbox or any other place file hosting service. If you're looking for an voice/audio answer you can use https://vocaroo.com/.
