Hola cada vez que intento crear una ficha con la opción arrastrar y soltar no me funciona ¿por qué?

Porque tienes que crear un campo "drop:" para cada elemento "drag:" que quieras clasificar. Te recomiendo que dibujes unas líneas para que los alumnos sepan dónde tienen que soltar los elementos que arrastran.
