Hola. Se me ha caducado la suscripción a Teacher1000, quiero cambiar a la Teacher100. Me da error, porque dice que tengo 17 grupos, pero no es así. Tengo 8. No sé qué hacer. Gracias.

Comprueba si al borrar tus grupos se han quedado en la papelera y bórralos de ahí.
