Hello! I want to chang to the free suscription, but I have a message saying I have 14 groups, I just can see 4 groups... how can I eliminate the other ones I can't see?

Go to recycle bin, the before removed groups are staying in the bin for a few days, so you have to delete them for ever and then you can change your plan.
