I am trying to change my subscription, but the site is not allowing me to. It is saying I have 13 workbooks, when I would have deleted all of them.

Go to My Students or My Worksheets or My workbooks pages and at the bottom, you will see a recycle bin. Click on the recycle bin and permanently delete the items.
