Worksheets working without logging in

I have noticed that worksheets such as the one below are no longer usable without logging in first. Is it a bug, or has it been done on purpose? https://www.liveworksheets.com/xe2825318ut

Hi JuanJose! Possibly I've got a lucky computer? I was able to do your WS without logging in, as usual.
