I only have 100 students and I am unable to revise subscription to 100 I keep receiving a message that I have 150 students. Please help J. Osman

I am having the same issue. I have students who are still showing up from the following years and I am unable to find them to delete them out. I have put in help desk tickets and I still haven't received a resolution.

Please go to my students, at the bottom of the page, click on the recycle bin and permanently remove anything that is in there.

I have done that but it is still saying that I have students that need to be deleted.
