He, I have a problem switching back to the free account. I removed the Workbooks and the groups - and it still says that I have too many workbooks and groups to change to the Free Account... how come? Why? I refreshed the page many times- still the same message.

Go to your Workbooks and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
