In theory the content is made by teachers and shared so that there is no problem to print it and use it with your students. In practice some teachers do not obey the site's rules and publish copyrighted materials, so if it looks scanned from a book, it is better not to use it.

Yes, you can make all the interactive worksheets you want to. I think some private academies use this site and publish their materials here.
