No audio

Good morning, I am a computer technician at our school and a teacher is having trouble getting audio to play on their worksheets. We have updated Chromebooks to the latest OS but it still won't play. What else can we try?

Hello, I guess that you have to remove cookies saved on that computer and when you are asked to accept them again, you have to agree and tick the box saying sth about YouTube videos&audios (I don't remember precisely). At least, it worked for me.
