why i can't change back to the free user

Hi, I have subscripted the teacher 250 since the early June for trial, now i would like to change back to the teacher 100, the free one. It always said, "You have 53 Private worksheets, and the limit for this plan is 30. Please remove 23 Private worksheets or choose another plan". of course I deleted almost of my worksheets, workbooks and even I deleted all my favourite worksheets but the system still said I still have 53 worksheets left. I also deleted the recycle bin but still the same. I don't know why. Could you help me with this or I will be charged next month. Thanks a lot.

Hi, First of all, don't worry. They can't charge you anything. You weren't asked to provide your credit card information when you upgraded, were you? Can you still SEE the worksheets in Private? Some (wild?) ideas: Wait until tomorrow or Monday. Everything seems to be working too slowly. Log out and clear cookies. Try from another device. Let us know if anything worked.

ok, I see thanks for your help I've tried many times to cancled also tried different browsers but the sign still said I have 53 worksheets. Acually, I deleted most of my worksheets that I made hard before. But you remind me one thing, I wasn't asked the credit card information so I think it will be ok. Thanks a lot again, TeacherARG
