"My students" to assignment is messed up

Dear all I've tried to to"My students" assignment to assign homework but the typography is messed up so I can't make a tick on the top check grid. It means I need tick every one only the first line works the others are blocked by the titles. Hope can help me out with this problem. And thanks for your effort.
