how can I write x=0 (means x us greater and equal zero) when using the choose: option?

You don't say what the problem is. Do you try to write "=" and it does not show up properly? I find "choose:" a bit tricky, it does funny things like taking away the full stop, so you can't use three dots either, unless you write four, I seem to remember. What I do in such cases is use "select" instead, then I can write the options clearly in my .pdf file.
