I am trying to change some of my worksheets from private to public so that I can download them but when I go to 'edit' and 'click' save it just saves the changes without giving me the options to share the worksheet.
Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Have you tried zooming out with CTRL- so that you can see all the buttons? There are some visualization problems lately.

After I've edited and clicked 'save' I see:
ww.liveworksheets.com says
Your changes have been saved.
with only the option to click ok.

Are you editing the worksheet inside a workbook? That will only save changes to that page, not to the original worksheet. You need to access the URL of your original worksheet.
