Disable/close account.
Does anyone know how to close a teachers account? I am not using the platform, but the system keeps trying to charge a debit card I don't keep funds on. It is causing my bank to charge me every time for a decline transaction fee which is piling up.
Will they even reimburse me for this? I have sent several messages requesting that they deactivate my account but no reply thus far.
Hi Alicia, you are able to cancel your account at any time. Simply login, and go to My Account > Orders and click on the order number (since your plan is an older plan). I have confirmed your account is cancelled. Sorry to see you go!

Piggybacking on this, how can I deactivate my account? I don't have a paid plan. I'm not asking about canceling a paid plan. I want to remove my account altogether.
