How to change the NAME (user) of a student
Hello everybody!
We are trying to change the user of a student (we have a school account) and we can not see the option. It just gives us the possibility of changing the password.

Hello! Hopefully this is an easy one, please navigate to My Dashboard > My Students and click the All Students tab. There you will see a list of your students with the ability to "edit student" button in grey on the right side. Here is a link to that page: https://www.liveworksheets.com/t/my-students/all
Hello! As far as I know, usernames are unique identifiers and cannot be changed whenever we want.

Hi Jason, thanks for answering. However, we want to change the USERNAME, not the "Full Name".
How can we do that? Do we have to ask for it by email?

Hi again. If I'm not right, Jason will correct me and comment on your question later. Here is my answer: Usernames can't be edited by students or teachers. You can either delete your students and register them again with new usernames or wait for the promised Solution from the website owners: https://www.liveworksheets.com/community/q/topic/7110659/solution-stude…

I have very young students and they have a lot of trouble with usernames and passwords. They don't know how to make underscores and questions marks. But the system doesn't let me make easy usernames and passwords so they suffer a lot and miss a lot of class trying to sign in to their accounts. :(
