How can I move a student from one group into another
I accidently assigned my young student to adults and now i don't know how to change it.
Btw not accidently ( a wrong word) because the platform's done it.
Why can't we assign students to the correct group and sign up a neccessary workbook when we create an account for them?
Thank you for your help

Hi Zoya, it's simple. Just untick/select a workbook you want a student to remove/add to: https://www.liveworksheets.com/t/my-students/assign-workbooks
Hi Ruta) sorry, but my request was not about a workbook) I believe, I am smart enough to untick the workbook. The problem is that the kid is in adult group with a workbook for kids. I wish her to be among kids not adults. Thank you for a quick reply

Oh, I apologize, I didn't mean to hurt you! Sorry for misunderstanding your request. In order to change the group for your kid, you have to go to My Students>All students, then select a student (your kid), then Select the action "Remove from all groups", and click "Apply the selected items". Afterwards, select the student again, Select action "Add to groups", click "Apply the selected items", choose the group and click "Apply." I hope I made it understandable. It's a pity, there's no option to add screenshots!
P.S. Next time, could you please put your reply as "Reply"? I think I would receive a notification about it then. (Today I just accidentally opened this thread again.)
Dear Ruta.
Do you know when the liveworksheets will be fixed?
Yes! As soon as possible! I've given The LW Team a month :)) (for fixing the essential things). The specific things will take much longer time, I assume. And there will be updates from time to time. It's normal. I admire the programmers' work - they created not only "a new box" (new interface) but migrated all the data (or 99%, as they say) successfully! Without interruptions and slowing down the website! Amazing! I enjoy seeing how the progress takes place step by step.
Thank you @Ruta for your help and feedback. You're correct, we're working hard to fix any issues that arise, and please know we have a dedicated team that is working hard to make this happen, and create a better experience for you. We realize sometimes change is tough, especially when you've been used to doing something a certain way for so long, but we promise that we're working hard to make positive improvements to make teaching easier.
