The exercises in your mail box are deleted after 30 days with a free account (1 year with premium accounts). If this is the case, you still have other additional 30 days to recover them if you go to “my subscription” and upgrade your subscription. If you deleted the exercises yourself, it’s not possible to recover them anymore.
