Author's Instructions

Search in the Bedca database four foods  of every section of the pie chart. Having in mind their nutritional scores, add  the following main ideas in the corresponding section of the pie chart:

 

Rich in minerals and vitamins (Micronutrients)

 

Proteins

 

Carbohydrates, the main source of energy

 

Rich in calcium, help to keep our bones healthy

 

Fats are high in energy and they should be eaten in small amounts

 

They are not needed, the less, the better.
