1. Regular and Irregular Verbs
Rule:
- Regular verbs form their past tense and past participle by adding -ed (or -d if they end in e).
- Irregular verbs do not follow this pattern. Their past tense and past participle forms must be memorized.
Examples:
- Regular: play → played → played
- Irregular: go → went → gone
Exercise:
