CHOCOLATE COVERED PROTEIN BARS.
THIS IS THE WONDERFUL SUGAR-FREE, HEALTHY, VERY QUICK TO MAKE, AND DELICIOUS PROTEIN DESSERT. FOR THIS DESSERT WE USED NUTS, RAISINS, 4 EGG WHITES, SEEDS, 75 G OF 90% DARK CHOCOLATE, AND 5 ML COOKING CREAM. WE START BY BEATING THE EGGS UNTIL THEY FORM A RESISTANT FOAM, AND THEN WE INCORPORATE THEM WITH THE PREPARED CRUMBS AND PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MIN. IN THE MEANTIME, MELT THE CHOCOLATE, AND WHEN THE BARS ARE DONE, WE CUT THEM INTO SLICES AND DIP THEM IN CHOCOLATE, AND WHEN THE FIRST BATH IS READY, WE PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES. THE DESSERT IS READY. ENJOY!
