Dear Live Worksheet Support Team,

Every time I want to update the worksheet after changing the file of it, it fails. I think there has to do with "

  • Popularity: the value may be no less than 0." Unfortunately, I don't get what it means, and I have to make new worksheet all over again.

It never happened before the update of the live worksheet website. Does it mean, there's no way I can change the file of the existing worksheet?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,
    Terecia

Hello Terecia,
Thanks for your message.
Can you provide me with the affected worksheet URL? That way I can take a closer look for you to help.
I'll look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello again,
I have seen this type of error before, when a worksheet is taken out of a workbook that might happen.

To solve this issue be sure to add the worksheet back to one of your workbooks, open the worksheet, and click the tab add to workbook.

Then the error will go away. I hope this points you in the right direction.

Best :)

Thank you for your reply, Igor

Do you mean that I need to add the "taken-out-worksheet" into the original workbook or any workbook would be fine?
But, if I edit the worksheet that has already inserted into a workbook, the result is the worksheet will not be seen properly. (Unfortunately, I haven't taken the screenshot of it).
Nevertheless, I will try it on a new workbook according to your suggestion and inform you later.

Thank you for your help,
Terecia
