Read the following poem about the frog. Use it as inspiration to write a short descriptive poem with powerful verbs and noun phrases that expresses emotions, thoughts, or stories related to a different animal.

 

📝 STRUCTURE YOUR POEM:

 

1️⃣ Title: Give your poem a creative title.

2️⃣ Stanza 1: Describe the animal (What do you see? Use adjectives and sensory details).

3️⃣ Stanza 2: Express the emotions or thoughts evoked by the animal you chose.

4️⃣ Stanza 3 (optional): Add a personal message, reflection, or conclusion.

 

🔤 USEFUL LANGUAGE:

 

🌬️ Descriptive adjectives: quiet, peaceful, somber, somber, vibrant....

 🌟 Metaphors and similes: “like a dream”, “as quiet as a whisper”....

🎯 WRITING TIPS:
