I am writing about the litter problem in our city. I read the article you shared, and I believe this issue is very serious. Therefore, we must find ways to solve it quickly.

Firstly, the city does not have enough rubbish bins in public places. As a result, people often leave their rubbish on the ground. Also, some people do not care about littering, which makes our city look dirty and unhealthy.

To solve this problem, I think the city should put more rubbish bins in places like parks and streets. Furthermore, we should have stricter fines for people who litter. Lastly, we need to teach people, especially students, why it is important to keep the city clean.

In conclusion, I hope the city council will take action soon. However, it is also important for everyone to do their part by not littering.
