Food and drink are very important in our daily lives. In Viet Nam, people love healthy food and enjoy eating meals with their families.

One popular dish is Pho. It is a yummy noodle soup with beef or chicken. The soup is made from bones and meat with delicious spices. Pho is not as oily as fast food. It gives us lots of energy and vitamins from fresh vegetables.

Another famous dish is Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls). Different from fried spring rolls, Goi Cuon is made with thin rice paper, pork, shrimp, and fresh vegetables. It is light, clean, and not greasy.

For drinks, Vietnamese people like green tea and fresh fruit juice. Green tea keeps your body strong and fit. Unlike soft drinks, natural fruit juice does not have artificial sugar. Eating fresh food every day is the best way to stay healthy!
