Ive tried to upload multiple worksheets and continue to get error message that they exceed 5.5 mb. Is there a different formal I should be using to stay with in the 5.5 mb. Ive tried saving as PDFs, word docs and neither work

If the PDF file has the correct size, I mean, less than 5.5 MB then please check the PDF again, make sure it does not have too many elements. You can try again (for example) with a PDF with less pages. Please note the more simple the PDF is, the easier for Liveworksheets to upload it.
