If the name of the organization is inside of the worksheet PDFs, you will need to replace the PDF file with your new organization's name.

Thanks for clarifying this. It makes sense that if the organisation’s name is part of the worksheet PDF itself, the file would need to be updated rather than just changing an account setting. I think contacting support is a good option if there are many worksheets to update, as they may be able to suggest the easiest way to handle them in bulk.
