Changing password
Hi, I have forgotten my password and have clicked on the button "reset your password". I've got the email, pressed on the link and tried to change the password, but I need my old password to change to a new one. As it is, I don't have the old one. So what can I do? Please help.

Hello Christina,
Please note when you receive a one time link via email to reset your password it will not ask for the old password, you can create a new password, and then confirm that new password, finally, don't forget to scroll down and save.
