I need help finding lost worksheets
I have not used this platform since 2023, but wanted to get back to using it. I logged into my account (bhines) and my worksheets were not there. Could you help me to figure out what is going on? I would like to get back to using this platform if I can recover the worksheets that I made.

Please note Liveworksheets have been sending emails to users with inactive content (workbooks and worksheets), if the content is inactive for more than one year, of if the user is inactive without logging in for more than one year, the worksheets will be scheduled for deletion.
So far I am unable to locate the worksheets on our system. Our system does have a policy of removing inactive accounts and their associated content after a prolonged period of inactivity, typically exceeding one year, as mentioned. This is necessary for managing our server resources and ensuring optimal performance for active users.
Unfortunately, once worksheets and account data have been deleted due to prolonged inactivity, they are generally not recoverable from our system. The deletion process is designed to permanently remove the data to free up space and resources.
We sincerely apologize for this situation and any inconvenience or loss this may cause you.
While we cannot guarantee recovery, we would like to double-check our system to see if there is any possibility, however slim, of retrieving your data.
In the future, to prevent this from happening again, we recommend logging into your account at least once a month to keep it active.
