I was charged for my subscription 10 times until I blocked it. They are still trying to charge me once per minute. What is happening? This is an issue that needs to be resolved urgently, and the money must be refunded. This mistake is unacceptable and could cause serious problems for many people.

I've had the same problem. They're charging me en masse, and I can't find a customer service phone number to contact for an explanation.
