Hello. I'm sending you an e-mail because I have a question.

I selected and saved the Time zone of Locale settings as Seoul from the school account and the linked teachers' accounts, but the students' assignment submission time does not match the local time. Before the update, the time matched the local time, but after the update, it does not match the Seoul time here in Korea.
How can I match the time?
Please reply as soon as possible.

I understand how important it is for your students' submission times to be accurate.

Since our latest update, we have implemented a more synchronized system for time zones, and it sounds like there might be a small synchronization gap between your school account and the individual teacher settings.

To fix the time mismatch, please follow these steps:

1. Re-verify the School Account.
Even if it looks correct, sometimes a "toggle" refresh is needed after an update:

Log in to the School Account.

Go to "My Account" then click edit. Look for the "Locale settings".

Change the Time Zone to a different city temporarily, save it, and then change it back to Seoul and save again. This forces the database to refresh your local offset.

2. Clear Browser Cache
After a major platform update, browsers often store old "time-stamping" scripts:

We recommend that both teachers and students clear their browser cache. This ensures the platform's new time-syncing code runs correctly for the Seoul region.

Important Note: Please keep in mind that these changes will apply to new submissions. Worksheets that were already submitted during the mismatch may still show the old timestamp.
