Problem with inappropriate video ads appearing in interactive worksheets
Hello,
I am a teacher using Liveworksheets with my students. Recently, when I share interactive worksheets, a video advertisement unrelated to the educational content appears before the activity starts.
For example, today an ad for a poker game appeared. This type of content is inappropriate for students and prohibited for teachers to expose them to.
I would like your help to remove or disable such advertisements from appearing in worksheets shared with students, or at least to ensure that all ads shown on the platform are safe and child-appropriate.
Please let me know how this can be resolved as soon as possible.

Please be advised, if you have a subscription your students should not see ads, please make sure to create your student accounts, and add them into your groups. Also make sure to request them to log into Liveworksheets.
If your students are logged into Liveworksheets they will not see ads.
If the issue persists after that, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with more details (screenshot and URL of the issue). Once we have more information we'll be glad to help.
