RECOVER STUDENTS PASSWORD
Problem with students recovering their passwords
Dear Liveworksheets team,
I am writing to ask for your help with a problem we are experiencing at our school. Our students are unable to recover their passwords because all external emails are blocked by our school’s security system. Only emails from the domain @escolajoanmiro.cat are allowed.
Could you please let us know how we can solve this situation so that our students can access their accounts again? Is there an alternative way to reset their passwords without receiving an external email?

Thanks for reaching out.
Please note the entity that is able to unlock the email addresses is your School security system, please contact them for better assistance.
In the meantime there is a workaround, you can (as a teacher) reset your student passwords without the need of sending emails.
To do that please follow these instructions:
1. When logged into your Teacher account, select Dashboard tab along the top menu.
2. Next select My Students tab.
3. Select All Students tab.
4. Look for the student that needs your assistance, click edit student.
5. A popup will appear, you can create a new password automatically for the student.
Scroll down and save the changes.
