I am not able to create any worksheets because the page always asks for topic/skill deatails but there is nothing on the page where it could be filled in.

In another post, someone has found a temporary solution. Try using another browser. In my case, I've changed from Chrome to Firefox and it works!!!!

I tried Edge and it worked but does not work in Chrome.
