Hi everyone

So one small problem I am having is that I am not able to move my open answer or text  box. Even though I have pressed the 4 arrows pointing in different directions when I select the open answer or text box it’s still not coming. Can someone pls help me out or tell me if this is just happening to me or lots of people

Btw I have attached an image of what I mean by 4 arrows
