How do I allow only 1 submission per student for a Worksheet ?
There is no such option in the "Custom Link" configurations.
My Worksheet is not added to a Workbook.

In the worksheet customization this isn't an option - only when it is sent through a workbook. You could perhaps, set a time limit so they can't repeat the worksheet after a particular time. :/
