When I assign the worksheets that contain audio files to students, the audio doesn't play for them.

I've already submitted two report to customer service with the issues, didn't receive any feedback and the issues were not resolved.

hello! i have the same issue!
the audio plays just fine while editing elements, but not when actually doing the activity.
how can i fix it?
