Hi, everybody 

 

I've been trying to register a new student but  I always end getting the same message error  ( only certain characters are permitted ...) . I've tried  it over and over again, trying different accounts from that student , never successful. 

I'm wondering if any of you could help me. Thanks in advance.

After seeing your post I tried the system and created a new student account (without an e-mail). I made it without a problem and I didn't get any error messages. I don't know which characters exactly are not allowed on Liveworksheets, but usually, in usernames, websites don't accept specific symbols like @ ! $ % ^ & ( ) = , etc. As for me, I used English letters and numbers.

Thank you @kohai, you are correct that certain characters are either not allowed or can create issues. @Flori, can you tell me a username that you're trying to create that may have a special character in it? I don't want the username for security reasons, but I do want to know if you're using a special character that isn't represented in English. This may be a clue as to why you're having an issue.
