many problems
After the reconstruction od the page, I've been having several problems with my students:
* Some students can not enter the page: BAD REQUEST sign
* The score of the students are incorrect
* Some students can not login - they know the username and login, but they can't access
* Some students forgot their passwords and we don't have access anymore
* We, as teacher, don't have access to the correct answers (how was it made?)
Can anybody help me, please?
I and my students used to love using this website, but now it's impossible to use it.

I posted a similar message yesterday about the many problems and it was deleted....
However, I can help with the BAD REQUEST problem as I managed to solve it. Click on the 3 dots at the top right of their page (any internet page, it doesn't have to be live worksheets. Select 'More Tools' and 'Clear browsing data'
Change the time range to 'All time' and clear it. This has worked every time for me

@Myoung5B Thank you! I didn't know that clearing browsing data can help in a Bad Request case. You taught me sth new! P.S. I don't think that asking for help messages should be deleted...

#2 The scoring issue has been reported and we are waiting for a solution. It would be nice and helpful if you could share your experience in detail: Where are you experiencing the issue? Are you using links, Custom links, Workbooks? Which worksheets, etc.;
#3 If I were you, I would check my students' usernames in the "All Students" list, change their passwords, and provide them with new login credentials. If the problem persists, please provide more details: Why is it affecting only some students? What devices are they using? Can you log in with their login credentials? More information would be helpful.

✍ SOLUTION:
Are you trying to see the ANSWERS as we used to?
Is there a message " Textfield Element " and you cannot see the answers?
Do this:
1. Got to the part that says; " My Workbooks "
2. Click on " Add workbook " (Note: It's optional if you have already one or more created)
3. Go to the exercise which you want to see the answers.
4. Instead of " How was it made " CLICK ON: "Add to my workbooks"
5. Choose a workbook (The one you created or whichever you choose but remember which one)
6. Open the workbook where you added it
7. Find the exercise (worksheet) you want to see the answers
8. Hoover the mouse over the TOP RIGHT CORNER - "A menu will appear"
9. Click " EDIT " on that menu
10. BINGO 🙌😁 You will see the answers there. 👍✨ Follow me @MR_STRONGMAN on Tiktok
Note: I believe this was done so that our students can't see the answers because some are so clever and they created teacher accounts just to see the answers and cheat in our assignments. 👀😬
