Answers from students sometimes disappeared
Hi there,
I'm a long time user and was happy with the old version of your site until you launched the new platforms. Here're some problems I faced :
1, Some answers from my students cannot be showed even they answered all and sent. It happened for some students - not for all and very annoying
2, The 'How it was made' part isn't working as it before
3, The score isn't correct, the worksheet had 10 answers and my student made ONLY ONE answer wrong but the score is 4/10. It was very accurate before.
4, The search part is huge and I could barely see the main content down below.

1) It's possible that the answers were lost due to updates made to the website. If it happens again, I think you should provide more details—such as the types of devices or software your students use, etc.
2) True. At the moment, you can only find answers for worksheets that have been added to workbooks.
3) True, incorrect grading does occur. I've also noticed this problem, only in the opposite direction - you haven't done anything but you get more than 0/10. I think you should share the link to the worksheet that behaves so strangely. Maybe it would help the team understand the problem.
4) This was sth I also wanted to report, but just now I checked the search part on different pages again, and I think this issue has been resolved. Don't you agree?
Hi @Aplus Bim Son, for #3, can you provide us with the worksheet you are having issues with? Examples are really helpful. Also thank you for your feedback, we're looking at all these issues and working to make improvements.
