Editing background page
While making a worksheet I discovered a mistake on the original png, decided to replace it, it turned out that I need to start over, then at the end I discovered that the page was again replaced wiht the old one, which is still on the site for some reason. The new engine is much more difficult to word with compared to the old one. I also really need mp3 and free texting tablets back, but it seems that the owners aren't interested

Hi Liza. All uploaded images and PDFs are saved in our account unless we delete them. Initially, I didn't see the usefulness of this feature, since I've never used the same background for different worksheets. However, I must admit that creative teachers might use the same background to create worksheets at different levels. In your case, it would have been better if you had deleted the incorrect PNG before uploading the corrected one.

I wonder why you mentioned the MP3 problem. It was reported at the beginning of the month, and as far as I know, it has been successfully resolved. I've recently created 10 new worksheets with MP3 files, and they work perfectly fine. However, I had to change all MP3 file names to ones without any spaces because after adding them to a workbook, they didn't work. Maybe you can try that as well?

Regarding "the owners aren't interested." You said you made a mistake and went through the process to correct it. How much time did it take for you? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? More? Have you ever tried programming? Looking for a solution on how to instruct a machine to do what you want it to do? Correcting a mistake in code? Can you imagine how huge and complicated the Liveworksheets system is? How many pages of code script it consists of? It's not just a tiny worksheet. 5 days, 10 days, and often more, might be needed to fix one thing… Please don't take my words personally, Liza. That's what most of us – impatient users – haven't ever thought about.

Dear Ruta, i'd like to note that if you don't see the usefullness of a function doesn't mean others don't. And going thought the whole prosess added 30 minutes to 30 I'd used before. Today I've started over with another worksheet twice and it still worked out not really well, so I'll need to remake it again. it'll take me 40-60 minutes, including the new design of background as my doesn't fit the new interface. Earlier the site was much simpler to use. I appreciate you replying, but it'd be nice to hear from people who are interesed to figure the problem out, not to blame.
