If I have set my worksheets to 'private', why should I still have to fill in unnecessary details like age, language, topic, sub topic etc? For EVERY sheet? Why?
I understand the confusion, but please understand that these details help us index worksheets so they are searchable, not only for you, but for others as well even if they're set to private. Rest assured they won't be visible to the public, but it's an important step in the worksheet creation process.

I think it's needed for their database to keep some kind of order. Besides, if someone decides a private worksheet make public or otherwise, it can be done with just one click. Also, many teachers prefer keeping a worksheet private till it's fully finished, then make them public.
