Deleting & Removing students
Hi I am in the process of updating my school rosters, but it seems your delete student process is not working. I deleted a student and it work. Then I deleted several more and they still are there. I then chose to remove several students from all classes and they are still there.
Can you please advise what is the issue here and when it can be resolved?
Are you still having this issue and see students that were supposed to be removed? Sometimes these type of updates require some time for them to process and update within the system. Please let me know if you're still seeing this and we can review it further.

I have the same problem I deleted some students and they still are there. How long do we need to wait?
Good question @Jesus. I would say within a few mins should be enough time. If you're having an issue after waiting, please send support ticket to us along with student user accounts you're trying to remove and we'll look it into further.

I have the same problema. I need to remove students from last year in order to incorpórate new students but I can’t remove them. I ve waited two days and they re still there.
