La función en la que la los estudiantes podían visualizar su nota antes de enviar la actividad desapareció, o es que no la he buscado bien. Por favor ayuda.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking exactly. Are you asking to see if the students can see their grades before sending to the teacher? If so, the students should have both the options of checking their grades, and also sending to the teacher upon clicking Finish at the end of a worksheet.
