I've been able to replicate this issue and have reported it to our team to review further. It appears the issue may be tied to custom links.

Update here that it appears the worksheet you created was using wrong elements. For these types of questions, its best to use the elements Select or Choose. As a test, I recreated a worksheet for you called Test Worksheet so you can review.
